Jocul, realizat de Naughty Dog, a fost lansat exclusiv pentru PS3 in iunie, 2013. In Grounded: The Making of The Last of Us nu lipsesc nici actorii Troy Baker si Ashley Johnson, ce i-au interpetrat pe eroii principali Joel siEllie.
